Return Policy



All KOMBI online orders will be shipped via UPS.

Shipping costs:

  • Orders over $95 will be shipped free of charge via UPS Standard.
  • Orders under $95 will be shipped via UPS Standard. Consumers will be charged at a flat fee of $9, to be added automatically to the invoice plus applicable taxes.
  • All orders shipped via UPS Expedite service will be charged at a flat fee of $18 to be added automatically to the invoice plus applicable taxes.

Delivery time:

  • Orders will be delivered within 5 to 10 business days.




UPS allocates a tracking number that will allow you to follow the delivery of your purchase as soon as the purchase process is completed and that you have selected your shipment method. You may also have access to the information via UPS mobile application.




If you purchased KOMBI products at a retail store or from other websites and the retailer’s return policy still applies, please return these products to the original store or site they were purchased from.

Returning New, Unusued products from

KOMBI will accept merchandise returns within 30 days of the processing date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition that they were received. Original labels and tags should be on products. We ask that consumers take care of the returned products and that packages are packed and sealed securely. If the products have been used or damaged, they will be returned and no refund will be issued. If a returned item is not approved for refund, the item will be shipped back to the customer at their expense (estimated cost of $15).

Money refund will be authorized once the merchandise has been inspected and approved for refund. The evaluation of the condition of the product is entirely at KOMBI’s discretion.  Refunds will be processed in the same form as the original payment method used.

Cost for returning the merchandise will be deducted from the refund amount (estimated cost of $10).

The following elements are required for returning merchandise to KOMBI:

  • The receipt e-confirmation as proof of purchase
  • The merchandise that you want to return

Returning Defective Products

Defective KOMBI products purchased in a retail store or another website must be returned to the original place of purchased within their return policy deadline. If you are outside of the retailer’s return policy deadline, please complete a warranty claim here.

Products purchased from KOMBI Canada’s website with manufacturing defects can be returned for a free replacement product within 5 years of the purchased date.  Please initiate your return here.
