Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

You can place your order online, however, in order to comply with the government’s standards regarding COVID-19, our warehouse is operating at a reduced capacity and we are taking extra precautions to ensure employees and clients safety. Deliveries will take up to 7 business days. Please consider this delay before finalizing your purchases.

All KOMBI online orders will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited.

Shipping costs:

  • Orders over $95 will be shipped free of charge via Canada Post Expedited.
  • Orders under $95 will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited. Consumers will be charged at a flat fee of $9.75, to be added automatically to the invoice plus applicable taxes.
  • Xpresspost shipping is suspended until further notice.

TRACKING OF ORDERS

KOMBI allocates a Canada Post tracking number that will allow you to follow the delivery of your purchase as soon as the purchase process is completed and that you have selected your shipment method. You may also have access to the information via Mobile app for Canada Post tools | Personal .


RETURN POLICY

Please note once return package is received at Kombi Sports Inc. Head office, it will be processed in 5 to 7 business days.

In order to comply with the government’s standards regarding COVID-19, our team is working at a reduced capacity. When returning a product, it will take longer to be processed.

If you purchased KOMBI products at a retail store or from another website, please return these products to the original store or website they were purchased from.

Returning New, Unused products from kombicanada.com

KOMBI will accept merchandise returns within 30 days of the processing date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition that they were received. Original labels and tags should be on products. We ask that consumers take care of the returned products and that packages are packed and sealed securely. If a product has been used or damaged, it will not be approved for refund and will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

To obtain your prepaid return label, please fill out our return form here . A customer service representative will contact you with a link to obtain your prepaid return label. Enter your order’s tracking number in the designated area and click on “Return this package”. You will have to complete a short return form, print your return label and bring your package to the nearest Canada Post office. Please enclose a copy of the original KOMBI packing slip.

Money refund will be authorized once the merchandise has been inspected and approved for refund. The evaluation of the condition of the product is entirely at KOMBI’s discretion.  Refunds will be processed in the same form as the original payment method used. A restocking fee (approximately $10+taxes) will be deducted from the total refund. Please take note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returning Defective Products

Defective KOMBI products purchased from a retail store or another website must be returned to the original place of purchase, while respecting the retailer’s return policy deadline. If you are past the retailer’s return policy deadline, you can fill out a Warranty Claim here.

If, unfortunately, the products you purchased from KOMBI Canada’s website have any manufacturing defects, they can be replaced up to 5 years after the purchased date.  You can access our online warranty page here.
