KOMBI is continuously looking for ways to improve the support and service we provide to our partners. With this in mind, we have developed a new customized warranty claim tool designed specifically to better support your needs.

Our extended warranty takes effect once your store’s coverage period ends, which is typically between 15 and 30 days, depending on your return or warranty policy.

• 5-year warranty on manufacturing defects for regular products
• 2-year warranty on Climate Series and heated products
• 1-year warranty on Kamik x Kombi, Dryer, heated accessories and batteries*

🔋 *Batteries for heated products naturally have a 1-year lifespan.
