KOMBI was born from a family story, rooted in Montréal and shaped by a love for winter. When Edward Pascal took over the company, he helped transform its glove-making expertise into a brand dedicated to warmth, comfort, and protection for life outside.
Today, his son Mark carries that legacy forward, leading KOMBI with the same care, purpose, and belief in products made to keep families moving through every season.

KOMBI becomes a founding partner of the National Ski Industry Association. Nancy Greene wins gold at the first Ski World Cup wearing KOMBI gloves.

Four daring Canadians dubbed the "Crazy Canucks" win the downhill World Cup, a title previously held only by Europeans. They wave to the world wearing KOMBI ski gloves.


KOMBI becomes one of the first brands to partner with GORE-TEX, featuring the new breathable, waterproof membrane in its products.

KOMBI releases the iconic Lobster Mitt. The launch is an unprecedented success.

KOMBI partners with veritree to launch Forever Forest, Forever Winter, planting 20,000 trees a year to help keep the planet cool and protect the future of winter.

KOMBI unveils its new identity. Shaped around the silhouette of a ski, the new logo subtly evokes both the maple leaf and the snowflake—true symbols of the brand.

The packaging, now designed to highlight the performance attributes of the products, required a complete overhaul, while preserving the distinctive traits that define Kombi: its iconic red, its accessibility, and its warmth.
